All Saints, Dunsden, is wheelchair accessible and there is a wheelchair available for use if required.

A loop system for the hard-of-hearing is installed, together with a sound system. There is a large car park at the eastern end of the churchyard, and toilet facilities accessible to the disabled are provided. .
